The Flowers stopped blooming
but no one seemed to care
people just shrugged and said
"huh, that's interesting"
and we went on being human

a few people cried today
all the birds flew away
their songs no longer grace our ears
but we all just carried on
besides we were buisy being human

the animals dissapeared today
and a few more cried this time
no more dogs or deer or even wales
we found them dirty anyway
we didn't bat an eyes, we were being human

then we all cried when we all died
without the rest we could not live
without companions we withered alone
and we all learned, a bit too late,
that it isn't enough only being human
